Our Roasting Process

1

Demonstration

Meat girls are brought to the kitchen and shown how the entire process works. They are then given a tour of the kitchen and the equipment.

Preparation

The women are prepped for the roasting process. This includes being cleaned marinated.

Roasting

The women are then placed in the oven and roasted. The roasting process is monitored by our chefs to ensure the women are cooked to perfection.

Serving

The roasted women are garnished and final flourishes to the dish are added. The women are then served to the guests.
